If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, return it undamaged within 14 days for an exchange or credit on your ASCE account.
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your credit.

ASCE LOGO Merchandise Products
ASCE LOGO Merchandise products can be returned within 14 days of purchase date if not completely satisfied with your product purchase. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and DO NOT include shipping and handling charges unless the error was a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed.
**Items WILL NOT receive a refund when:
Items are returned damaged (that are not manufacturer defects).
Items are missing parts or are not in re-sellable condition.
Items are returned after more than 14 days from the purchase date.
Item is refused upon delivery.
An incorrect shipping address is provided.
Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method is chosen by the customer.
Items have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the aforementioned guidelines listed above have not been met.
